If you’re looking for great entertainment tonight, or any night, “Hating Breitbart” is now available for streaming on Netflix!  As Andrew Breitbart was a friend of Jim Hoft’s, and Director, Andrew Marcus, has been a huge contributor to this site in Jim’s absence, we’re admittedly biased when we say 90 minutes are well-spent watching the film.  I should mention, also, that Jim Hoft was associate producer of the film.

But don’t just take our word for it.  Here are some very unbiased reviews…and they’re glowing!  On Rotten Tomatoes, 96% of viewers liked Hating Breitbart, and here’s what others had to say about the film:

Variety,

“In terms of preaching to the converted, “Hating Breitbart” is practically a textbook example of a spirit-lifting, rabble-rousing cinematic sermon . . . One does not have to agree with Breitbart or his politics to acknowledge that the pic offers some morsels of food for thought as it presents Breitbart’s side of the story while cataloguing various controversies in which he has been involved.”

Nick Gillespie at Reason Magazine:

“I went to see Hating Breitbart the new documentary about the late online impresario Andrew Breitbart, who died unexpectedly earlier this year. Although released in time for the election and filled with familiar political faces and subjects (Barack Obama, ACORN, Anthony Weiner, the Tea Party, and more), the movie is stunningly post-partisan and should be watched by anybody with an interest in the future of media.”

The Hollywood Reporter:

“What ultimately emerges from the film is that Breitbart, for all his firebrand tendencies, was a clearly intelligent and likeable guy. Describing himself as having only two speeds, “jocularity and righteous indignation,” his willingness to make fun of himself is illustrated in footage of a silly photoshoot in which, among other things, he poses with an American flag wrapped around his bare torso.”

It’s rated “PG-13” on Netflix, but if you want the version of Andrew Breitbart in all of his uncensored glory, you can purchase the R-rated version at www.hatingbreitbart.com.
