He saw a Mexican spraying the new border fence with some kind of liquid.
Robert Ogden is wondering what the Mexican man was spraying liquid on the new border wall on the Tijuana side.
He is hoping someone has an idea what the man is doing.
Via Robert Ogden — This Tijuana resident was captured on video spraying the new border fence with some kind of liquid. It is speculated that he’s trying to make it corrode faster. This would appear to be an act of desperation when confronted with a more than 40 foot-high fence in this particular spot, which has no doubt been a popular location in the past for smuggling people and drugs.
