Trader Joe’s has announced a recall of 10 food items across 30 states over possible listeria concerns.

The grocery store chain issued the recall Monday of products including ready-to-eat sushi, spring rolls, noodle bowls, poke bowls and cheese dip.

The items were produced by Fuji Food Products Inc., which issued a voluntary recall of the products last week over possible listeria contamination, according to an FDA announcement.

People can become seriously ill if they come in contact with the listeria monocytogenes germ, according to the CDC. The infection usually is caused by eating contaminated food, and primarily affects pregnant women, older adults, newborns and people with weaker immune systems.

Symptoms of an infection may vary, but can include fever and diarrhea, fever or flu-like symptoms, headache, stiff neck and muscle aches. Those who have contracted an infection will typically start experiencing symptoms one to four weeks after eating the contaminated food, although it can occur the within one day or up to 70 days after exposure, according to the CDC.
