The Supreme Court on Monday kicked “Pharma Bro” Martin Shkreli to the curb, denying his long-shot bid for the high court to hear an appeal of his 2017 securities fraud conviction.

The high court included Shkreli’s petition, first posted by CNBC, with a group of potential appeals it denied without comment on Monday.

“We always knew the petition was a long shot, but we gave it our all,” Shkreli’s lawyer Mark Baker told the Daily News.

John Marzulli, a spokesman for U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York, whose office prosecuted the case, declined to comment.

Shkreli, the onetime smirking CEO of Turing Pharmaceuticals, was derisively dubbed Pharma Bro for boosting the price of a life-saving drug and then trolling his critics on social media.
