A fire in an abandoned Queens home last month that left three squatters dead has been ruled an arson, police said Saturday.

FDNY Fire Marshals and the NYPD’s Arson and Investigation Squad deemed the Nov. 22 fire inside the 110th Road home near Farmers Blvd. in St. Albans a triple homicide after a three-week investigation.

Firefighters were called to the small home about 11:50 p.m. After the fire was put out, three men were found dead inside.

Cops ultimately identified the three victims, but their names were not immediately disclosed as they continue to track down family members.

The victims are believed to be squatters, police and fire sources said. City Buildings Department records show complaints about squatters living in the house since at least 2016.
