An ex-con has been collared for the fatal shooting of a Queens gangbanger nicknamed “Shots Fired," authorities said Wednesday.

Members of the Regional Fugitive Task Force tracked down Tevin Jackson, 28, in Oyster Bay, L.I., on Tuesday, charging him in the Aug. 30 killing of Crips member Tyrell Rice, 29.
