PAOK hammered Levadiakos 5-0 to give them an unassailable lead over Olympiakos at the top of the table, sealing their first league title since 1985 and third in total.

Fans of the Greek club are famed for their pyrotechnics and did not disappoint on Sunday, turning the club’s home into a flare-filled cauldron before, during and after the game in Thessaloniki.

PAOK – who are unbeaten in the league this season – have the chance to claim a domestic double as they lead Asteris Tripolis 2-0 after the first leg of their Greek Cup semi-final.

They are likely to meet AEK Athens in the final, who hold a similar lead in their semi-final tie with Lamia.
