She’s the woman with the most Grammy Awards and now Alison Krause will receive the nation’s highest honor for artists.

President Trump will present Krause, actor Jon Voight, the Musicians of the United States Military and former West Virginia First Lady Sharon Percy Rockefeller with the National Medal of the Arts on Thursday.

Novelist James Patterson, The Claremont Institute, chef Patrick J. O’Connell and philanthropist Teresa Lozana Long will be each awarded the National Medal of Humanities.

Krause, a 27-time Grammy winning singer/songwriter, was named a recipient of the honor "for making extraordinary contributions to American music,” according to The White House.
