Tiffani Li, known in San Francisco as the “Hillsborough Heiress, was found not guilty for the murder of her children’s father Keith Green, RadarOnline.com has learned.
As ABC7 reported, the jury announced the verdict on Friday, November 15. In the case of Li’s boyfriend Kaveh Bayat, a hung jury was declared, but he will reportedly prepare for a retrial.
Li and Bayat were accused of planning Green’s death after his body was found in a Sonoma County field a month after he went missing. Li’s motive for the murder is assumed to be a child custody lawsuit and “anger about Green’s constant request for money,” as he had custody of their two children.
Li — the daughter of a wealthy China family — was reportedly supposed to meet Green at the Millbrae Pancake House in April 2016, but San Mateo County prosecutors believe she lured him back to her mansion in Hillsborough House, where Bayat shot him and paid Li’s guard Oliver Adella to rid of his body.
