Flashback: Barack Obama Tells Stockholm Audience “We Do Not Surveil Our Own People” (VIDEO)

President Barack Obama traveled to Stockholm, Sweden before the G20 meeting in St. Petersburg back in September 2013.

Obama told the Swedish crowd he does not spy on Americans.

Barack Obama: What I can say with confidence is that when it comes to our domestic operations, concerns that people have back home in the United States of America, that we do not surveil the American people or persons within the United States. That there are a lot of checks and balances in place designed to avoid a surveillance state.

Of course, we now know that was complete crap and the Obama administration spied on the Trump Campaign for at least a year-and-a-half.
