A woman has filed a lawsuit against Dunkin’ Donuts claiming she was constantly bullied and harassed because of her gender identity and HIV status, but her manager failed to act in her defense.

Instead, according to the lawsuit which was filed Friday in federal court, she was told to quit if she didn’t feel comfortable working at the Bethlehem, Pa., store.

According to local news site Lehigh Valley Live, she didn’t use her name in the lawsuit for fear of retribution, and was referred to as Jane Doe in legal papers.

The abuse happened when she worked at the store from March through May 2018, the woman, who has since moved to Los Angeles, claimed in the lawsuit.

The situation escalated in April or May when she was attacked by three customers; they called her a “f--t” and threatened to kill her.
