Those were the only words Aaron Gordon could muster after judges robbed him of a second sudden-death Slam Dunk Contest decision on All-Star Saturday night.

Gordon jumped over Celtics center Tacko Fall, who’s at least 7-foot-5, on the final dunk of his overtime showdown against Heat high-flyer Derrick Jones Jr. He needed a score of 48 to tie Jones and force another sudden-death dunk-off.

“He clipped Tacko’s head when he did that dunk, so I knew they couldn’t have gave him a 50 for that one,” Jones said afterwards. “I would have respected it if they gave him another 48, so we can go again.

“Once the judges took so long to give him the result, I knew it was something fishy. I knew they wasn’t going to give him that 50. They couldn’t have.”

The judges could have given Gordon a 75 for jumping over a 7-foot-5 human being. Instead, this will be a dunk contest that will be talked about for a long time — but for all the wrong reasons.
