CHARLES PAYNE Chokes Up on Live TV After Talking to Black College Student Who Walked 20 Miles to First Day of Work (VIDEO)

After his car broke down Walter Carr walked from Homewood to Pelham, Alabama, all night, in the dark, to his first day of work at Bellhops.

Walter started at midnight to get to work at 8 AM.

Luckily for Walter a police officer stopped him on the road and asked him where he was going. When Walter told the officer he was going to work the police officer took him to breakfast and dropped him off a few miles closer to his destination. Another police officer then picked up Walter and took him the rest of the way and dropped him off at the job early.

On Monday Bellhops CEO Luke Marklin drove from Tennessee to Alabama to meet Walter Carr.
He told Walter he was going to buy him coffee. Instead Marklin bought Walter Carr a new car.

On Wednesday Charles Payne invited Walter Carr and CEO Luke Marklin on the show to tell their story.

At one point Charles got choked up talking about his relatives in Alabama who used to walk long distances to work.
This was an AMAZING SEGMENT!
